1. Definitions & Interpretations

In this document, the following words and expressions have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pusy888 website accessible at https://pusy888.best together with all services, games and functions provided on it.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and is using the pusy888 platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account duly registered in the name of the relevant player.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or free incentives credited into a player's account in accordance with the terms of the specified promotions.

2. Player Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only at pusy888. Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

When registering, players are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address and any other required details. Players are responsible for ensuring this information remains up to date at all times.

pusy888 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when there is activity requiring further verification. Documents that may be required include a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other supporting documents.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pusy888 platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the payment method and time of request.

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by pusy888 include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the name of the same player. pusy888 does not permit any financial transactions involving third parties. Should there be a need to verify ownership of a payment method, players may be asked to provide appropriate proof.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pusy888 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated specifically for each offer. Players are required to read and fully understand those terms before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 150% first deposit bonus of up to RM500. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering required: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM800 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,300 → wagering required: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

Wagering requirements mean the player must wager the bonus amount 10 times before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Cash in the account that did not originate from a bonus is not affected by these wagering requirements.

pusy888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if abuse, misuse of promotions or a breach of terms is found to have occurred. Each player is only eligible to claim the same bonus offer once unless stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules

All games on the pusy888 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game developers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical fault, system disruption or software error during an active game session, pusy888 will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest and most transparent manner possible. The decision of pusy888 management in such situations is final.

Any winnings generated through methods identified as fraud, software manipulation or exploitation of technical bugs are invalid and will not be paid out. Accounts involved will be blocked immediately while an investigation is conducted.

pusy888 does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. We reserve the right to add, remove or suspend any game without prior notice for technical or maintenance reasons.

7. Player Conduct

All players are required to behave in a responsible, ethical and respectful manner when using the pusy888 platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live games or table games.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

pusy888 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

• A breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player is using the account for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified period.
• Request from a relevant authority or mandatory regulatory body.

Players may also close their own accounts upon request by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all eligible cash balances will be paid out subject to successful identity verification and no outstanding term violations.

9. Personal Data Protection

12. Governing Law

Any dispute between a player and pusy888 that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by our licensing body. Decisions made through that process are final and binding on both parties.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or tribunal, that provision will be deemed severed from the rest of the document and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
